Terms of Service

Last updated: September 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.inkangle.com and purchases from InkAngle. The legal seller and website operator is Cloud Somersault Limited (“InkAngle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Eligibility and Consumer Use

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The store is available to individual consumers and does not require a business account to purchase.

You may not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.

2. Business Identity

InkAngle is an online retail brand. We do not operate a walk-in retail location.

Returns are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. A return must be authorized before it is mailed, and we provide the applicable return address with the return instructions.

3. Accounts

If accounts are offered, you are responsible for accurate information, credential confidentiality, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

4. Products and Made-to-Order Production

Most products are made after an order is placed. Product pages describe available designs, colors, sizes, materials, care, and other attributes. Review the product page and size guide before ordering.

Images are intended to represent the product accurately, but screens and production runs may show minor color, scale, seam, and print-placement differences. A minor manufacturing variation consistent with the description is not necessarily a defect. A product materially different from the listing remains subject to the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

We may correct obvious typographical or technical errors. If a correction materially affects an order, we will contact you and provide appropriate options.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for payment failure, fraud risk, sanctions or legal restrictions, unavailable production, obvious pricing error, prohibited personalization content, resale abuse, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

You are responsible for reviewing item, size, color, personalization, billing, and delivery information before submitting the order.

6. Prices, Payment, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices for worldwide orders are generally stated in USD. Product price, discount, shipping, and total are displayed before order submission. InkAngle currently does not add a separate sales-tax charge at checkout. This does not represent that sales tax has been collected or remitted on a customer’s behalf. If our checkout tax treatment changes, any applicable tax will be disclosed before payment. Payment is governed by the Payment Policy.

WELCOME10 provides 10% off eligible merchandise subject to the Promotional Terms. We may limit promotions to prevent misuse, but will not change the displayed terms retroactively after an eligible order is accepted.

7. Shipping, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

The Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy form part of these Terms. They explain made-to-order handling time, shipping charges, estimates, delays, the 24-hour cancellation period, the 30-day return window, personalized-product restrictions, return costs, and refund timing.

If these Terms conflict with a more specific purchase policy, the more specific policy controls for that issue. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Personalized and User-Submitted Content

If you submit a name, photograph, text, artwork, logo, or other material, you retain your ownership rights. You grant us and our production/service providers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, modify solely as technically necessary, produce, and deliver the material for your order, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

You represent that you own or have permission to use the submitted material and that its use as requested will not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights. You may not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, exploitative, sexually abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing material.

We may reject or cancel a personalization request that reasonably appears prohibited. You remain responsible for claims arising from material you submitted, except to the extent caused by our independent conduct.

We will not use customer-submitted personalization content in advertising without appropriate permission.

9. Reviews and Other Public Content

If you submit a review or other content for public display, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it in connection with the services and our products. We may moderate content for relevance, privacy, abuse, illegality, or infringement, but will not condition publication on the review being positive.

Do not post confidential information, payment details, or another person’s personal data without authorization.

10. Our Intellectual Property

The website, brand elements, original designs, text, graphics, layout, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or exploit them without written permission.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with security; introduce malicious code; use automated means that unreasonably burden the service; bypass access controls; harvest personal data; conduct fraudulent purchases or returns; impersonate another person; or use the service to violate law or rights.

12. Third-Party Services

The services may rely on or link to payment, delivery, social, analytics, or other third-party services. We do not control independent third-party services, and their terms and privacy notices may apply. This section does not limit responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a higher or different liability is required by law.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be limited, infringement for which limitation is prohibited, or mandatory consumer rights.

15. Indemnity for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful misuse of the services or content you submitted without necessary rights. This does not apply to claims caused by our breach, negligence, or independent misconduct.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply when they cannot be waived.

Before filing a claim, contact [email protected] and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim in another competent forum.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Any future addition of those provisions requires separate legal review and clear notice.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required. The Terms in effect when an order was placed generally govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed by the parties.

18. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remainder will continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
