2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the services, we may collect:

  • Identifiers and contact data, such as name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, account identifier, and IP address.
  • Commercial data, such as products viewed, cart activity, orders, returns, discounts, customer-service history, and transaction records.
  • Payment-related data, such as payment method type, billing details, payment status, and a processor-generated token. Payment processors, not our customer-service systems, handle complete payment-card numbers and security codes.
  • Device and internet activity, such as browser, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or advertising identifiers.
  • Account and preference data, such as login information, saved settings, communication choices, size or product preferences, and wishlist activity when offered.
  • Communications, such as emails, form submissions, call notes, reviews, survey responses, support messages, and fraud or dispute records.
  • User-submitted content, such as photographs, text, artwork, personalization instructions, or other material supplied for a custom product, review, or support request.
  • Inferences, such as likely product interests derived from shopping activity, where permitted.

Please do not provide sensitive information that is unnecessary for an order or request.

3. Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from our ecommerce, payment, fraud-prevention, production, fulfillment, delivery, analytics, advertising, and customer-service providers; and from other parties when permitted by law.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide the website, account, cart, checkout, and customer support;
  • process payment, produce, personalize, ship, track, return, replace, and refund orders;
  • authenticate users and maintain security;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, infringement, and illegal activity;
  • communicate about orders, service changes, policies, and support requests;
  • send marketing communications where permitted and honor opt-out requests;
  • personalize content and measure website, product, and campaign performance;
  • maintain business, tax, accounting, product-safety, dispute, and compliance records;
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
  • comply with legal, regulatory, sanctions, law-enforcement, and court requirements.

Where a legal basis is required, we process information as necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate business interests, protect users and the services, or based on consent.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, and similar technologies for essential functions, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising. See the Cookie Policy and the cookie preference tool for details and available controls.

Where required, non-essential technologies are used only after the required consent. The site’s cookie consent control allows visitors to accept or reject non-essential advertising and analytics technologies. We do not currently rely on a browser Global Privacy Control signal as the sole method for recording a choice; visitors should also use the on-site control or contact us so the request can be documented and processed.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • ecommerce platform, hosting, cloud, security, and technical providers;
  • payment processors, banks, wallets, and fraud-prevention providers;
  • production, personalization, warehouse, fulfillment, delivery, and returns partners;
  • customer-service, email, analytics, advertising, and marketing providers;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and corporate service providers;
  • regulators, courts, law enforcement, rights holders, or other parties when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent harm, investigate fraud or infringement, or protect rights; and
  • a buyer, investor, lender, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, restructuring, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you may opt out through Your Privacy Choices, the on-site cookie consent control, or a privacy request submitted to us.

7. Advertising and Marketing

You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in each commercial message or by contacting us. We may still send non-marketing messages about orders, security, policy changes, and support requests.

We do not use customer-submitted photos or personalization content in advertising without appropriate permission.

8. Retention

We retain personal information for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, warranties and returns, tax and accounting, fraud prevention, intellectual property records, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention depends on the type of information, the relationship, and applicable limitation periods. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless law permits or requires continued retention.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials and should contact us promptly regarding suspected unauthorized activity.

10. International Transfers

InkAngle is operated by Cloud Somersault Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, and serves customers worldwide. Our providers and production or logistics partners may process information in the United States, Hong Kong, and other countries. Privacy laws may differ between locations. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to our processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about collection and disclosure; to withdraw consent; to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to appeal a decision regarding a request.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may need to verify your identity and request before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity confirmation.

Submit a request by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request” or by using the Your Privacy Choices page. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.

12. California Notice

To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies, California residents may exercise the rights described above, including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service and pricing.

The categories collected during the preceding 12 months may include identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or electronic activity, approximate geolocation, user-provided content, and inferences. We use and disclose them for the business and commercial purposes described in this policy. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

If advertising technology on the live site constitutes sale or sharing, use Your Privacy Choices, reject non-essential cookies through the on-site consent control, or submit a privacy request to opt out. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about consumers beyond purposes permitted by law.

13. Children

The services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

14. Third-Party Services

Our site may link to or integrate third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing information directly to them.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
