This Payment Policy explains how payments, prices, taxes, promotions, authorizations, and refunds are handled for purchases from www.inkangle.com.
Seller and Currency
The legal seller is Cloud Somersault Limited, operating the InkAngle brand. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices and charges for worldwide orders are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Accepted Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available for an order are displayed at checkout. They may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, and supported digital wallets. A method is accepted only if it appears as an available option in the live checkout for your device, location, and order.
At least one conventional payment method is provided through the secure checkout. Payment services may apply their own terms, authentication requirements, and privacy practices.
When Payment Is Taken
Payment is due when the order is submitted. Your payment provider may first display a pending authorization and later post the completed charge. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable amount, including product price, shipping, and any other charge clearly shown before submission.
An automated confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not prevent us from canceling and refunding an order for an unavailable product, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restriction, obvious pricing error, or inability to fulfill the order.
Payment Security
Checkout information is transmitted through encrypted connections and processed by payment service providers. InkAngle does not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own customer-service systems. Do not send payment-card details by email or contact form.
No internet system is completely risk-free. Please protect your device and account credentials and notify us promptly if you believe an unauthorized order was placed.
Billing Information and Verification
Provide accurate billing and contact information. A payment may be declined, delayed, or canceled when the issuer does not authorize it, billing information cannot be verified, authentication is not completed, or the transaction triggers a reasonable fraud or sanctions review.
We may request limited additional information reasonably necessary to verify an order. We will not ask you to email a full card number, password, or card security code.
Prices, Taxes, and Shipping
The product price and currency shown on the product page should match the cart and checkout, subject only to clearly disclosed discounts and shipping charges.
Standard shipping is free worldwide when the eligible merchandise subtotal is $49.00 USD or more, based on the merchandise subtotal before any discount code and before tax. Below that threshold, the rate is $4.99 USD for the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom; $5.99 USD for Australia; and $6.99 USD for all other destinations. U.S. Express costs $30.00 USD for the first item plus $10.00 USD for each additional item.
InkAngle currently does not add a separate sales-tax charge at checkout. Product prices should not be understood as a representation that sales tax has been collected or remitted on a customer’s behalf. If our checkout tax treatment changes, any applicable tax will be disclosed in the checkout summary before payment.
For cross-border orders, the recipient may be responsible for duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage, or similar charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Those charges are separate from the $49.00 standard free-shipping threshold.
Promotions
WELCOME10 provides 10% off eligible merchandise when entered and accepted at checkout. It is limited to one use per customer, has no cash value, cannot be combined with another code, and does not reduce taxes, shipping, gift cards, prior purchases, or excluded items. The free-shipping threshold is checked against the merchandise subtotal before the discount code is applied.
Additional promotion-specific terms displayed with an offer apply. If an advertisement and checkout conflict, contact us before placing the order; the final price and terms must be clearly displayed before you submit payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not substitute store credit for a legally required cash/payment-method refund without the customer’s agreement. Processing times are described in the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
Currency-conversion rates and foreign transaction fees are controlled by the customer’s bank or payment provider and are not refundable by us unless the charge resulted from our error and applicable law requires it.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Contact [email protected] first if you do not recognize a charge or have a problem with an order. This does not limit your rights with a card issuer or payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks or knowingly false disputes may be contested using order, delivery, communication, and policy records.
