Made-to-Order Processing
Most InkAngle products are made to order. Production normally requires 2–4 business days before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may begin processing on the next business day. Personalized orders may require additional review when customer-supplied text, images, or instructions are incomplete or require clarification.
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. The delivery estimate shown at checkout or in an order confirmation may include both.
Shipping Rates
All rates are stated in U.S. dollars (USD).
- United States Economy: $4.99 below $49.00; free at $49.00 or more.
- Australia Standard: $5.99 below $49.00; free at $49.00 or more.
- Canada Standard: $4.99 below $49.00; free at $49.00 or more.
- United Kingdom Standard: $4.99 below $49.00; free at $49.00 or more.
- All other destinations: $6.99 below $49.00; free at $49.00 or more.
- United States Express: $30.00 for the first item plus $10.00 for each additional item.
The $49.00 threshold is based on the eligible merchandise subtotal before any discount code is applied and before tax. Applying a discount code does not remove free standard shipping from an order that qualified before the code was applied. Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, and previously purchased items do not count toward the threshold. The threshold does not reduce the U.S. Express charge.
Delivery Estimates by Destination
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Most items require 2–4 business days of production before shipment.
- United States: Economy transit 5–8 business days after shipment (typically 7–12 business days total); Express transit 3–4 business days after shipment (typically 5–8 business days total).
- Australia: Transit 7–13 business days after shipment (typically 9–17 business days total).
- Canada: Transit 6–8 business days after shipment (typically 8–12 business days total).
- United Kingdom: Transit 8–10 business days after shipment (typically 10–14 business days total).
- All other destinations: Transit 10–15 business days after shipment (typically 12–19 business days total).
For Canada, both production and transit estimates are stated in business days; weekends and applicable holidays are excluded.
These are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and applicable holidays. All estimates may be affected by address issues, carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs events, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we learn that we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer the choices required by applicable law, which may include consenting to the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
Production and Fulfillment Locations
We work with production and logistics partners. An order may be produced or dispatched from a facility selected according to the product, production capacity, and delivery address, and items in the same order may ship separately. The fulfillment location does not change the identity of the legal seller or the return address we provide with your return authorization.
Where cross-border fulfillment applies, carrier processing or customs may affect delivery time. We do not describe an item as “Made in USA” merely because it is delivered from or returned to a U.S. address.
Tracking
When available, tracking information is emailed after shipment. Tracking scans may take 24–48 hours to appear after a shipping label is created. A label-created status does not always mean that the carrier has completed its first physical scan.
If an order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number or package.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address must be corrected. We cannot guarantee a change after production or fulfillment processing begins.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect it, we will contact you regarding available reshipment or refund options. Additional shipping charges may apply when the issue was not caused by us or the carrier.
Delayed, Lost, or Marked-Delivered Packages
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or an order has not arrived by the end of the stated delivery estimate, email [email protected] with your order number.
For a package marked delivered but not found, first check the delivery location, household members, building management, and carrier notice. Then contact us promptly so we can open a carrier investigation. A replacement or refund is not automatic solely because tracking shows delivered; we will review the carrier record and circumstances and provide any remedy required by law or appropriate under the investigation.
If we confirm that an order was lost in transit before delivery, we will offer a replacement at no additional charge or a refund to the original payment method.
Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days after delivery and include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Please see our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
Cross-Border Orders
We publish standard shipping rates and estimates worldwide for destinations available in the live checkout. The live checkout determines availability for the specific address and order. The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or similar government charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included. The $49.00 standard free-shipping threshold does not include or waive those government or brokerage charges.
